Frederick Coffin Fisher Jr.

Frederick C. Fisher, Jr. of Ironton, Ohio represented my relative in a divorce and child custody hearing. He was extremely rude to this client in that he accused him of being drunk, when in reality, he had been crying. His obvious dislike for this client lead him to tell him to "shut up" when the cl...ient tried to tell him that the witness was blatantly lying about him, as well as saying the same disrespectful thing to the client's mother. His LACK of representation lead to the client's 9-year old child to collapse in the hallway crying when he discovered he had to go live with his mother, all the while trying to get away from the scenario while the opposing attorney showed more compassion than he did. No questions were asked to the opposing party that were relevant or beneficial to this client, while the opposing attorney made this client appear to be unfit without even challenging it. He was uncaring and has not even put forth efforts to achieve the goal for which he was hired. It was obvious he was letting his personal judgment of not caring for the client to get in the way of doing his job. I DO NOT recommend hiring this man.
