Jason Derek Holdren

Jason D. Holdren received his bachelor's degree from Marshall University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Practicing since 2009, Jason has had extensive trial experience in both prosecuting and defending cases. He has served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in multiple counties which sets him apart in his ability to zealously defend and advise those charged in the criminal justice system. Additionally, Jason has a background in mediation, and therefore understands the importance of effective negotiation and resolution, but also understands the significance of fighting hard for clients in the courtroom.

Jason is licensed to practice law in Ohio and West Virginia, and his practice covers Gallia, Meigs, Jackson, Vinton, Athens, and Lawrence counties in Ohio and Mason, Jackson, Putnam, and Cabell counties in West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, Gallia County Bar Association, Vinton County Bar Association, and Mason County Bar Association. Being a firm believer in community involvement and support, Jason is currently active Vice President of the Gallia County Century Club and serves as an officer on the Ariel-Ann Carson Dater Performing Arts Centre Board.
