Our client,Georgette Tadros, was severly injured when she was struck by a pickup truck while she was crossing an intersection while in the crosswalk. The truck that struck Mrs.Tadros actually had a gre ... en light because the City failed to time the traffic lights with enough time for pedestrians to cross the intersection. The City failed to take responsabilty,so we sued the City.The case went to the Nebraska Supreme Court twice. We obtained a judgment in favor of Mrs. Tadros. Her damages of 1,558,999.81 were subsequently reduced by the appellate court.
