Adult protective services of Ross county sent me to him for my Grandmothers guardianship. Not very informative or professional constantly saying "we will go over that later" to my questions yet had time to tell me how "lucrative" guardianships have been for him and he "himself is paid guardian for 8 ...people, but no more or I'd have to take a special class". RED FLAGS..we are not on the same page sir. After inquiring about fees (current and future)and how much he had ALREADY been paid by APS one last time before court the Paralegal - Co council (said sarcastically) left me a voicemail "They were returning advanced funds back to APS, as they would not represent me in this matter". WHAT is really going on here?! I asked too many questions, I think NOT. The "clerical" help is rude and you never get to speak directly with the actual Attorney.

Hired Mr. Bugg at a flat rate of $1500. After reopening the case, he demands another $2000 without even going to pretrial and missed 2 times to file for contempt. He never once asked to see any of my evidence of any sort pertaining to the case. When I received his invoice, he doubled his time so ther...e wouldn't be a refund of any sort. Just a forwarning, stay completely away from this shuyster if you want a chance of a fair trial.
