I hired Benjamin Partee and his office guy Ryan Addcock , may of spelled that wrong but he sold me a dream while I was vulnerable and trying to fight for my son . Who is my entire world been with everyday of his life . Well they don’t know anything about children . And I think Ben’s words was I’m not... dumb I like to enjoy myself . So he don’t want kids but little does he k ow having a child is the most special thing you can do. Everything he said he was gonna do he didn’t . Won’t answer calls at all and will avoid you , how is that professional at all . He wanted five grand right away I gave him 4 that same week . We was not allowed to remove the child outta the county and that’s exactly what happened , that’s one violation there that ya can’t get around . I told him she didn’t even have a stove or refrigerator in her house . His exact words was I’m partial to that cause I grew up poor . I’m sorry you did but what does that have to do with my case and my son . He would not file against her and he laughed about it with the other attorney. I tried to see if the rooms was recorded but they wasn’t . I told him the new deal he’s trying to push won’t work . I shouldn’t had to be forced to be ok with court order being broken and my child moved where it makes it so hard to see him and he said make it work . So he done nothing he said he was gonna do . Then his office tells me I think we can still salvage this . Like what !!!! Salvage this , why would even have to do that had they done what I asked them to do even if I didn’t get what I was trying for fine . He done what he wanted and wanted to just push deals . I think his words out first meeting was he can’t guarantee me we will win but we gonna win . I gave this man a out said bet people mess up , can I get my money back I don’t wanna drag anyone through some process like be a good human being and give me my money back so I can hire someone to help me not hurt me and that’s what yall done . Just let my child be took right outta his home and it wasn’t supposed to happen . You would think they would be decent people but I’m learning they lie for a profession . If I gotta stand outside there office with a sign so no one else gets took advantage of and hurt by these people . But I believe he’s a coward and trying to stall me out so he can take that five grand and laugh to the bank with it . This is a public offering I’m begging yall to do what’s right , how can you sleep at night . Probably easy knowing you took someone’s hope , world and everything else in between and there hard earned money . Like dude you did not earn no money you let orders go by the texts we have tells you what I wanted you to do and you did b what b you wanted . So please man stop being a shady dude . I’m to the point where I wanna give up and nothing matters .

I had an eviction, a simple eviction, and he wanted $895 just for showing up. The guy left after the 3 day notice and Ben would not give me my money back less the $50 consultation fee. In our initial meeting he talked about his positive reviews on the internet and just how important he was now. He... refuses to return my phone calls. Don't use him. He is a joke!~

This man is a joke as an attorney, consulted without my permission with my ex's attorney, did not return phone calls or advise me of any court dates and never let me know of magistrates decision so i could not appeal it or was not notified of when final divorce date was schelduled. He is a lazy, dis...honest attorney so steer anyone you know away from him.
