KR was arrested for DUI after he rear ended a vehicle. Police came to the accident scene and initially did not notice the odor of alcohol on KR's breath. The police made KR perform sobriety tests, desp ... ite the fact that KR was still bleeding from his face. One officer told KR he passed a sobriety test but arrested him anyway. In court, the judge ruled that the officer did not have reasonable suspicion to arrest KR for DUI. KR's suspension of his DL was rescinded and the case was dismissed.
