POOR Responsiveness
Since he does not have his business address, I cannot confirm this is the same attorney; however, if your Thomas Manning uses a PO Box as his address --- this is likely him. This guy PAINFULLY slow to do anything. His knowledge in the field of DIVORCE is sub-par...when told to leave things conditions...
