I originally went to Richard to represent me for my divorce. He was paid $2K upfront. Told me it’ll only take a couple months to finalize. It took approximately 1 1/2 years! While the divorce was in progress I hired him again to represent me in a criminal case ($2K AGAIN)-where it was clearly self de...fense on my part and I had a witness to prove so-my fiancée who is a police officer. The charges should have been dismissed completely! He NEVER fought for me nor called my fiancé to court to testify. Why? Because he doesn’t care. He only cares about money! I ended up losing custody of 2 of my older children and having 2 M4’s(Disorderly Conduct) on my record. Mind you, I’m a law abiding citizen with no previous record whatsoever, not even a speeding ticket! To this day he’s still hounding me for money because HE kept running up the bill for stupid stuff! I absolutely DO NOT recommend this man for anyone and for anything!!
