He doesn't listen to understand, he listens to respond, and speaks in very condescending tones if you question or challenge his plan/process, he won't use most of evidence you give him (even though he requested it). He will charge you for services, then after you pay and ask why it's not included in ...the court docs, he'll say those services aren't necessary at this time. After creating a mess for my case, he charged me more to try and fix it, then didn't file anything that he was paid/hired for. He's very forgetful, then dismissive and condescending when you try to remind him. You'll get better representation from a dementia patient at a nursing home.
