What I liked most about Brian is that he collaborated a plan that was best suited for my situation and would call and work with the opposing counsel to discuss the best options for all parties involved, which included our child’s best interest. I was very satisfied with his approach and resolution. His office team is second to none. Always upbeat, positive and professional. They were attentive to all my emails and phone calls no matter what time of day. Brian’s professional advice ended up with almost losing my children. The guy couldn’t handle a simple 3 year modification upholding an order that was already in place. He will tell you he knows the law and you will think he’s doing something to help your case. But in all actuality you will become j...ust a billable client after you call him out for charging $350 an hour. Do not allow yourself to be scammed like myself. Brian started out strong for the first month... talked a big game. He then stopped replying to emails and phone calls for several weeks. He was supposed to file two motions but never did.... didn't care that my wife was not allowing me to see my son. Was also charged for work and time that wasn'...t done.

I hired Brian Kruse to represent me in a visitation matter regarding my child and regret not researching a capable lawyer more thoroughly. I trusted him with the most important matter I will ever face and he let me down miserably. Do your research and do not make the same mistake I did. To begin, his... paralegal Kalli Allen makes multiple mistakes and I am shocked she is still employed considering she made countless errors sending to the wrong email address that compromised my personal information. When I was upset that she had sent things containing my name and information to a wrong email address she did not even offer up an apology. When I was served papers for interrogatories that I was expected to complete for discovery, she did not get them to me until 2 weeks past the filing date. My documents and answers were to be submitted by me within 28 days of the filing, and Kalli’s mistake set me back 2 weeks worth of time I could have to find all the necessary paperwork I needed. Again, no apology. As a full time working single parent, I had to scramble and stay up late to complete the interrogatories in a rushed manner due to this major oversight. As for Brian, I cannot recommend him due to the fact that he does not care a bit about his clients. If you are looking for someone you can trust with something as near and dear to you as your children’s future and the time you spend with them, I suggest you look for a caring and competent attorney. He made me feel as if asking a question was bothersome and he brushed off my concerns as if they were no big deal. If I needed clarification, he would audibly sigh before giving me a curt and monotone response. Even his appearance speaks volumes about his lack of professionalism, he did not bother to comb his hair and often wore wrinkled dress shirts and looked disheveled. He did not show up to the pretrial but luckily his very capable and compassionate colleague Craig Sams appeared on his behalf. In hindsight I would have hired Mr. Sams instead as he answered my questions in a courteous manner and made me feel as if he genuinely has his client’s best interest. After spending nearly $4,000, I can honestly say that it was money wasted on an attorney that does not care about anything except for his paycheck.
