Mr. Strain talked with me for over 20 minutes and helped me understand many aspects of our landlord/tenant situation. He told me that much of his work has been "from the tenant side" but, obviously, an attorney must be able to view circumstances from all angles and he advised me about "the landlord ...side" very competently. If you run a small business, eventually you find out you can't make some customers happy, and sometimes they're unhappy enough to threaten legal action. Having a good lawyer on your side when these issues pop up makes all the difference, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Mr. Strain to help defend my business.
