This review is way overdue but Mr. Strain worked with me on some serious issues I had with my landlords at the time. From the very beginning he was on it, advised me step-by-step and I can't overstate how thankful I am that I did find him on here and he was with me through that whole ordeal. He defin...itely knows his stuff and will fight for you. Although we only worked on tenant/landlord issues, I have no doubt that he would be as diligent and knowledgeable in the other areas he specializes in. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I've been dealing with Mr. Strain for about 6 months now, and I have to say I couldn't be happier with my choice of attorney. He's very honest, straight-forward, hard-working, and his rate is very reasonable considering how hard he works to please his clients. He really does a good job of listening... to his clients, taking in their story of their problem, and then immersing himself into that situation, which allows him to be a very zealous advocate for that client. I run my own automotive performance business, and hired Mr Strain to help me through a case involving a customer who was upset about a project taking too long. If this lawsuit went badly, I could easily go out of business from it. There was a lot of gap between my wants and needs, and my customer's, but Mr Strain and the opposing attorney helped work out a solution that worked for both parties, and we're currently working on solidifying the terms so we can settle. In addition to this case, I have found myself contacting and consulting Mr Strain from time to time as issues come up with my business including Better Business Bureau complaints, customers committing fraud, and also to help me write better paperwork, documentation, and website-posted policies for my business to help make my business more law-suit proof. If you run a small business, eventually you find out you can't make some customers happy, and sometimes they're unhappy enough to threaten legal action. Having a good lawyer on your side when these issues pop up makes all the difference, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Mr. Strain to help defend my business.
