Biography
Heather F. Shannon graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. Ms. Shannon is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is highly experienced in the areas of Family Law, Adoptions, Estates, Guardianships, Probate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Debt Collection and Bankruptcy, and Appeals.
During her law school career, Ms. Shannon was one of the few members of her law school class to be invited to the Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition and to serve on her law school's Moot Court Team. As a result of her experience on Moot Court, Ms. Shannon received the award for Best Appellate Brief in the Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court Competition in New York.
She is currently a member of the Ohio State, Dayton and Greene County Bar Associations. Ms. Shannon is currently serving as the Second Vice President of the Greene County Bar Association and is also a former Chairman of the Greene County Bar Association's Grievance Committee.
