My divorce was handled so badly others wondered who he was representing, he failed to mention that I suffer from a disability yet had the paperwork to substaniate this, I wanted to keep my house, I wanted the years of marriage to be considered, a truthfull discovery, and correct value of the house, t...he Judge ordered it to be appraised, the Judge ordered my ex to deliver a truck to me, and he Asked for information on the state of dis repair on the house, I brought pictures but He didn't show them to the Judge, I was not allowed in because both attorneys did not want Him to realize my ex failed to show up for the Court Date. I told him (attorney) I would handle the rest on my own, He showed up anyway. I almost lost my house over the failure to list the correct value of the house so the Taxes could be adjusted. I lost a contempt charge over Dayton Power and Light turning off my electric due to the fact the Magistrate felt the Attorney would not closed the contempt, but they did.
