Eli Travis Sperry

  Eli is an Associate in the Probate and Estate Planning Department of PS&E.  He has been practicing for over 8 years focused in the above areas of law.

     Eli counsels clients of all ages to assure the clients intentions are clearly understood and carried out correctly.  He understands that each family and individual circumstances are unique and takes the time to understand.  His goal with all clients is to provide the best advice from all different perspectives including tax, business, legal and long term care options.

     Eli also effectively advises and administers probate estates for families, easing their stress during highly emotional times.   When families are faced with the need to appoint a guardian for a loved one, Eli assists in administering the guardianship proceeding in Probate Court. 

     Eli is an active participant in the Will for Heroes program, which is a charitable organization providing free estate planning guidance and document drafting for police officers, fire fighters and first responders.  He also provides pro bono legal services as part of the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project.  He also spends time participating and volunteering with local organizations including, House of Bread,  Artemis Center, Downtown YMCA, Crayons to Classrooms and Life Essentials.
