Richard F. Glennon

Richard Glennon helped me prosecute the noncustodial parent on my child support case for felony nonsupport. The NCP owes over $22,000 in back child support and refused to make consistent payments. There were periods of many consecutive months (10 months in a row at one point) that I would get no pa...yment at all. He was found guilty for criminal nonsupport thanks to Richard Glennon's work on this case. NCP is now on probation for this (I didn't want to pursue prison time so probation was what I asked for instead of prison time for the NCP). Richard Glennon was also very good at communicating with me throughout the process to keep me informed with the hearings and the updated information on the case. I thought Richard did a fine job with the case and with helping me get what needed to be achieved so my child could have the support needed and deserved. The local child support office tried him in court a few times, however that wasn't enough for him to get serious about his payments. He still refused to pay anything for months at a time even after being jailed for 30 days. In a period of 8 years (since the support was initiated, I had NEVER received a full payment. Most months he would pay nothing; some months he would pay $5), so it was time that someone did something to help me make a difference for my child.
