Thomas Edward Skilken

I was referred to Mr. Skilken by a co-worker to handle a Workers compensation claim. Mr Skilken was able to get the claim approved however after it was approved I was terminated from the company for which I worked for 10 years. Mr Skilken again took charge, while my union backed down, Mr skilken took... the case to 3 different hearings in front of 9 different hearing officers and all 9 ruled in my favor. The company still disagreed, so off to arbitration. The Union was presenting this to the arbitraitor merely as a formality and had no real interest in fighting for me, however Mr. Skilken knew the law at hand and attended the arbitration, presented my case, and to this day received the highest award ANY employee has ever obtained from that employer! I have since retired from that employer, again with Mr. Skilken`s help and I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Mr. Skilken to anyone. Simply put all attorney`s are not created equal, don not jeopardize you or your family`s future with an assembly line approach or television commercial you deserve the best hire him!
