I had Tyler as a pro bono Atterney (court appointed).. And I have to say, he is a very hard working individual who cares very much about the people he is representing. For example and long story short, Tyler and Myself where at my trial hearing where I was sentenced to county time, and with Mr. Sterling's persistents, 4 days later in the Montgomery County Jail he came to visit me to let me know I was going to be a free man by 8pm that night.. Not to mention he came to visit me everyday until I was released... So I call BS on any negativity about my Attorney.. Hearing anybody bad talk about this man, will personally piss me off.. Tyler Starline us one hell of a man and Attorney, and I have that information in black and white, with a state seal attached..

He just doesnt get the job done. For what I spent on retainer fees, I was dissatisfied with the quality of effort he put into my case. I've worked with multiple different attorneys, too. Taking my money to someone more dedicated.

Lacks Time Management Skills
Tyler was supposed to produce a report and recommendation to court. Despite months notice, having been appointed to my case - he blew the deadline by 8 days. His excuse? Other volunteer civic duties that had him swamped. I'm disappointed in this guys lack of time management. I'm not sure he realizes that he's in a job that affects families, especially children. Time management and meeting deadlines are no joke when it comes to court. Without these rudimentary skills, I cannot recommend Tyler to any potential future client.

Unprofessional and Flagrantly Biased
Tyler Starline is a miscarriage of justice and is prejudicial against military. I feel he should be disqualified to serve in the capacity as Guardian Ad Litem. Mr. Starline seems to conclude that despite a mother's documented history of depression, alcohol abuse, CPS history, attempted suicide, court ordered counseling and the fact that she was absent the first year of my daughter's life - that SHE should be the custodial parent over me due to my military service and relocating. Moreover, Mr. Starline solicited feedback on his social media page for recommendations as to how to handle the case. There are plenty of fair, knowledgeable attorneys out there, Mr. Starline is not one of them.
