I was referred to Jeremy Tomb by another attorney in May of 2015 for a very difficult custody case. My son was 14 and and had lived with his mother for 12 years. My son expressed a desire to live with me for 2+ years but his mother would not hear of it. After much deliberation I decide to hire an attorney. Obviously there was a great deal at stake and did not relish the thought of putting my son through the court process and upheaval that can accompany this process. When I first met with Jeremy and explained the last 12 years leading up to this point and reviewing my documentation, I was relieved that Jeremy had a clear & concise plan and he executed the plan with extreme prejudice. Based on my experience with Jeremy I believe he is a very competent attorney that truly cared about the outcome and had my son's best interest at heart. I've had experiences with other attorney's in the past and frankly they cannot hold a candle to Mr. Tomb's level of workmanship & expertise. I was awarded custody of my son, this was a huge answer to prayer!

Since 2009, Mr. Tomb has provided me with excellent legal counsel on a broad spectrum including domestic relations and business law. In particular, his services and advice during a rather traumatic post-decree custody filing was absolutely indispensable.
As a father who is the sole guardian and legal custodian of my two children, I believe that it is a great deal due to Mr. Tomb's efforts that my children are now safer, healthier and better adjusted given the judgement that was handed down by the court.
I have and will continue to pass along his contact information to friends and family that are in need of superior legal representation.

mr tomb has represented me several times and has went above and beyond to get things done for me. He is a most knowledgable lawyer and will tell you upfront on the situation to expect. Regardless of if you want to hear it. Some times we do stupid things and Jeremy is the one to help get us out of them. Great person and I will continually have him represent me in my future dumb things I do!

Mr Tomb recently represented me in a custody case. His misleading initial free advice led me to retain his services to handle a case that any average Attorney would not have recommended to pursue. The result an absolute debacle. The case started with his inability to make any argument at the first hearing when asked by the Magistrate to explain on what grounds should an emergency custody order be granted. Couldn't make the argument because what he used to convince me that I had a case and sign an agreement with him would not fly with the Magistrate. Next, I found out that court papers were served only 2 days prior to the first hearing leading to continuance being granted. There was really no explanation provided to me. Then when I personally reached a agreement with the defendant, my requests to take the appropriate actions to close the case were met with confusion from his part and no response from his staff. That resulted in 2 additional costly trips to the court... Just one more thing to add to attest to the level of negligence I have experienced: Mr Tomb couldn't figure out that the defendant year end pay stub he reviewed and used for support calculations was actually only for a portion of the year. The defendant changed jobs that year and provided only the last stub. You can imagine the consequences to me? I had to make him aware of his mistake and correct the calculations... There's is more but i will stop here.
