I retained Jennifer Delaplane as my lawyer to fight for me. It was all good in the beginning except for it all goes so slow, I had to continually give and give to my ex because Jennifer wouldn't fight for me. My ex retained all of my property for 10 months of the divorce and when I got it all back... stuff was missing and broken, then I get a letter from Jennifer Delaplanes office stating that she's no longer my lawyer since the case is over but there's a ton of stuff that she agreed to help with when everything was completed and has no backed out. This attorney is a poor excuse of a attorney that is out to just collect her $1000 after being appointed to a client and not wanting to deal with the matter and take the easy way out. Yet it may be due to lack in experience but she shouldn't be appointed or at least should admit that a criminal procedure isn't something she practices
