C. A. New has always held an interest in law, justice, and advocacy. In college, he majored in Political Science and minored in History at The Pennsylvania State University. In law school, C. A. New served as one of the select few published staff writers on the University of Dayton Law Review and as a quarterfinalist in the annual Honorable Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition. He was also awarded multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for receiving the highest grade in his class in Constitutional Law, Negotiation/Mediation, and Religion and Law Seminar.
After law school, C. A. New was an associate at a nationally prominent law firm, working on cases at both the state and federal court levels. He later served as vice president and counsel for his family’s brokerage firm before starting C. A. New Law, where he successfully represented clients against some of the biggest corporations and law firms on the East Coast before moving his practice back to his native Dayton, Ohio. C. A. New Law Office has represented clients in a variety of matters at the local, state, federal, and agency level.
Here at C. A. New Law, the law is not just a “job” or a business; it is an interest, a passion, an art, and a way to serve the community. We enjoy our work, and we value the relationships we develop with our clients. Every case presents unique facts, personalities, and legal issues that require insightful judgment and strategy to reach a favorable resolution for our clients. That is always the goal at C. A. New Law, and it’s one that we thoroughly enjoy pursuing.
The advent of new technologies has leveled the playing field between big firms and small firms. Electronic court filing and communication now allows C. A. New Law Office to represent clients all over the state of Ohio and—in some cases—across the United States. This allows us to offer clients professional representation with the most competitive fee arrangements.
