This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This status means the attorney resigned in order to avoid being disbarred, the most serious penalty for a lawyer.
Suspended means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Suspension stayed means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.

I would never recommend her. She did not return my phone calls, especially on difficult matters related to my case. She comes across as if she is concerned with problems related to your case but she is a phony. She could care less whether she helps you or not. She would rather take your money to file your case and not have to work for it. She also would rather talk about herself and how great she is rather than listen to the client and what is pertinent to their case.
