Nicole Renee Hunter

Nicole focuses her practice in employment law and workers’ compensation defense. She counsels business clients regarding employment matters and regularly advises self-insured and state funded employers regarding workers’ compensation matters. Nicole works with employers from a wide range of industries to prepare targeted defense strategies and ensure that the employer’s interests are appropriately protected.

Nicole also defends employers in the full spectrum of workers’ compensation matters, including initial claim allowance, treatment and compensation matters, death claims, and safety violation cases. She regularly represents employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and in the Courts of Common Pleas. She strives to develop personal relationships with her business clients to provide cost containment solutions for existing matters and risk containment strategies for the future.
