Megan Clark Johnson

Megan is a lifelong Cincinnatian who has been named a Rising Star Lawyer by Ohio Super Lawyers.  From both personal and professional experience, she understands and values the legal system’s great potential to help people deal with the challenges and opportunities that arise in family life.  

 

Megan graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law magna cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Review.  She began her career as a law clerk in the United States federal court system  Since then, she spent thirteen years representing both corporate and individual clients locally.  From those experiences, she has leaned how to discern her clients’ needs and pursue them through aggressive advocacy and skillful negotiation.  Clients feel most satisfied when their lawyer listens carefully, is responsive, and unfailingly puts their best interests first.  She has also learned the importance of pursuing a results-oriented, cost-sensitive approach to cases.

 

Outside of work and family life, Megan has been an active volunteer in the Cincinnati community.   She has served on the Steering Committee for the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers and as Board President for an organization that provides vocational services to the underemployed.  She is also an active member of the Madeira community.
