Personal service at it's best

I contacted Scott via email about handling my divorce case in Butler county. I now live out of state and because of complications within the court system, Scott has decided to no longer handle divorce cases in that jurisdiction. Now here is the incredible part. Scott could have easily sent me an e...mail reply saying he wasn't interested. But he called me personally to explain why he couldn't handle my case and then proceeded to ask me questions and provide recommendations without me asking him to do so! We spoke for almost 10 minutes. Now remember, I live 2 states away, so the potential for future business wasn't high at the time of his call. But after speaking to him and discussing things, I will definitely use him when I update my will and medical power of attorney. Scott, thank you for being a true professional and a great human being.
