Biography
August Janszen serves as general counsel, business advisor, and litigation attorney for a broad range of individuals and business throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. He has extensive experience in employment/non-competition disputes, business and corporate negotiations and litigation, premises liability, discrimination claims, insurance law, and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Janszen is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and all state courts throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
Mr. Janszen is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Clermont County Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
