Excellent Attorney

I think this Jayson guy is totally wrong. This attorney has represented me for over ten years. He also represented two members of my family. He is simply excellent. The medical records and charges from the doctors for reports added up to a lot of money, and he never asked for any money up front t...o cover these expenses. Although it looked like we were in a long drug out fight with out much of a chance, he hung in there, and after several years was able to get me paid, and my doctor bills paid.. I don't think most lawyers would have kept after the case the way he did, and the ultimate result was excellent.

Unforgettable

Mr. Waite, first Lawyer that I signed to represent me. At first I was satisfied with the work he was doing for me. Although,as time went on, the ability to contact and to reach Mr. Waite became impossible. I would try to contact him at least a few times a week always getting an excuse for one reas...on or another. I do realize and understand Lawyers are busy, but when you are promised that he would return the call and it never happens it becomes frustrating. At the beginning of the end, my case was approved for the incorrect injury but I did receive compensation, Mr. Waite received his 1/3 and also fees , like copies costing a few hundred dollars. I received my entire case when I was terminated by him. the file contained less than half a ream of paper (about 250 pages I suppose) I guess what I am trying to explain is: Neglect on his part, admitted by him in the last phone call, because of renovations. Unorganized, a statement supported by another lawyer. Wisely pass on him

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
