It saddens me to do this after reading such positive reviews about Mr. Spivak but I can only speak from my experience. And it's been a terrible one. First off in the four mths that my case has been worked on by Mr. Spivak's office I've never had the opportunity to speak with him. He's never called me... to talk. I've only been dealing with his paralegal. And that interaction is through text only(no calls accepted) then at times I don't even get a response to my texts til days later. I've been in and accident before similar to way jus happen recently and the law firm I hired were very professional and responded in a timely manner. This is the worst experience I've ever had and will not be sending anyone I know to Alan Spivak

ALAN TOOK MY CASE WHICH INVOLVED A SERIOUS INJURY TO MY ROTATOR CUFF REQUIRING SURGERY, IN ADDITION TO OTHER ADDITIONAL INJURIES TO MY NECK AND BACK. AMAZINGLY ENOUGH WE WERE SUCCESSFUL IN OUR CASE EVEN WITHOUT A POLICE REPORT DOCUMENTING THE CAR ACCIDENT. NOT ONLY DID HE ASSIST ME WITH GUIDANCE AL...ONG THE WAY FOR RECOVERY, BUT HE ALSO RETURNED MY CALLS AND TEXSTS THE SAME DAY--SOMETHING I DO NOT EXPECT FROM ANY ATTORNEY THESE DAYS. WHILE UNFORTUNATELY THIS EVENT WAS A TRAUMATIC INJURY, THE RESULT ENDED WITH A LARGE FINANCIAL RECOVERY EXTREMELY QUICKLY DUE TO ALAN'S DILIGENCE AND PREPARATION. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH ALAN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY INJURED IN A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT.

Mr. Spivak helped our company settle a case. We owed money to another party, and Mr. Spivak helped settle for less than half of the original amount. He was very thorough in gathering facts and documents before negotiations. Alan was great at staying on top of back-and-forth communication during the n...egotiation process. He laid out all the facts, and made several recommendations on how to proceed with our case. Mr. Spivak negotiated for less than half of the original amount owed, and we are very happy with the outcome.

I am extremely happy with the service that Alan is providing for me and my family. Alan is a very responsible and knowledgeable attorney i ever had! He always answered all of my different questions in a very professional and timely matter. On top of that all of the answers have been right on target ...as he guided me and my fiancée through our very important and tedious process.
