It saddens me to do this after reading such positive reviews about Mr. Spivak but I can only speak from my experience. And it's been a terrible one. First off in the four mths that my case has been worked on by Mr. Spivak's office I've never had the opportunity to speak with him. He's never called me... to talk. I've only been dealing with his paralegal. And that interaction is through text only(no calls accepted) then at times I don't even get a response to my texts til days later. I've been in and accident before similar to way jus happen recently and the law firm I hired were very professional and responded in a timely manner. This is the worst experience I've ever had and will not be sending anyone I know to Alan Spivak

Alan took a very minimal impact car accident case, in a parking lot which was at a very low speed, and turned it in to a five figure case. Although the insurance company fought saying it was small impact and no injury occurred, he still successfully settled the case for me when no other attorney wou...ld.

ALAN TOOK MY CASE WHICH INVOLVED A SERIOUS INJURY TO MY ROTATOR CUFF REQUIRING SURGERY, IN ADDITION TO OTHER ADDITIONAL INJURIES TO MY NECK AND BACK. AMAZINGLY ENOUGH WE WERE SUCCESSFUL IN OUR CASE EVEN WITHOUT A POLICE REPORT DOCUMENTING THE CAR ACCIDENT.
