Whenever I first meet or am introduced to someone, I, obviously, place a premium on professionalism and expertise, but I also must feel an innate emotional connection with that individual. With Lauren, there was that kind of instant connection. From moment one, it was evident she had read and asses...sed my initial email thoroughly and had distilled the macro details of my issue before our call. Over the next 30 minutes, she freely offered a high-level understanding of the legal process and, as a last resort, what I might face if the matter went to court. She also offered a genuinely kind, empathetic ear. My sincere hope is that I never have to employ her legal services, but I certainly would have no hesitation doing so if the family matter with which I am now facing is not resolved and reconciled at home.
