Benjamin Taylor-Fabe

Ben Taylor is an attorney with "LMA", a company that crafts tax-advantaged legal settlements for injured plaintiffs and their attorneys. Ben oversees a high volume of Structured Settlement cases from intake to conclusion, tasked with drafting/negotiating high-stakes contracts as well as preserving and growing clients' newfound wealth.

As a key liaison and Subject Matter Expert to major financial institutions, Ben advises litigators and financial advisors on complex issues concerning annuities, trusts, compliance and taxation. Ben also has a great deal of experience handling complex probate matters including trust/estate administration, guardianships and minor settlements.

In his concurrent role at the boutique law firm of K.D. Meyers & Associates, PSC, Ben has vast experience administering class action settlements in federal and state courts, including allocating/distributing funds among various categories of lawsuit plaintiffs, and educating clients on the use of trusts, annuities and other financial instruments.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Ben also earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison, where he pursued a joint major in History and History of Science.
