I love my job. I am lucky to do what I do and I get to help fantastic clients.
I help to defend and protect the rights of the accused in greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky on criminal matters of all types.
For those clients injured by the misconduct of others, I also work to ensure that they can obtain justice in Ohio and Kentucky's courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.

Ganson v. Vaughn,135 Ohio App. 3d 689 - (Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act - OCSPA) The Ohio Administrative Code requires a store/supplier must provide a consumer with a dated receipt for a deposit that describes the goods and states the cash selling price and whether the deposit is refundable.
The Big H, Inc. v. Watson, 2006-Ohio-4031 (Business - Law of signature in Ohio)
PSP North LLC v. ATTYBOYS LLC, 2011-CA-001994-MR - (Real estate - irrevocable license) - In a case of first impression in Kentucky - the successor-in-interest to a piece of property, who had notice of an irrevocable license held by an adjoining landowner prior to purchasing the property, was barred by equitable principles from revoking the adjoining landowner's license.
Burcica v. Ludy, 2024-Ohio-6038 - (Ohio Landlord-Tenant Act; Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED); Breach of Contract; Punitive damages) - Trial court’s judgment denying landlord's claims against tenant affirmed. Judgment in tenant’s favor against landlord affirmed. Case remanded - tenant should have been awarded attorney’s fees.
