I spoke with Todd Little for almost two hours about our insurance issue. Todd was very knowledgeable of the process that the insurance companies use to keep from paying out claims. One of the things the insurance companies don’t tell you and the agent you’re using may or may not know is the S. O. L. ...(Statute of limitations) clause that is in your policy somewhere. Ours was on page 26 of 55 in the contract. The S. O. L. Term starts when you file the claim and usually last for 12 to 24 months. This is the time frame in which you need to get representation on your claim. Unfortunately for me ours had run out and Todd and the team was unable to help me but I now know what to do if this issue ever comes up again. Todd gave me so much advice on what to look for when getting insurance and how to protect our property from the scam of insurance companies. I am so thankful for all the knowledge and wisdom I gained from just one free consultation. It’s great to know that Blake and his law firm is there if I ever need them again.
