I spoke with Todd Little for almost two hours about our insurance issue. Todd was very knowledgeable of the process that the insurance companies use to keep from paying out claims. One of the things the insurance companies don’t tell you and the agent you’re using may or may not know is the S. O. L. ...(Statute of limitations) clause that is in your policy somewhere. Ours was on page 26 of 55 in the contract. The S. O. L. Term starts when you file the claim and usually last for 12 to 24 months. This is the time frame in which you need to get representation on your claim. Unfortunately for me ours had run out and Todd and the team was unable to help me but I now know what to do if this issue ever comes up again. Todd gave me so much advice on what to look for when getting insurance and how to protect our property from the scam of insurance companies. I am so thankful for all the knowledge and wisdom I gained from just one free consultation. It’s great to know that Blake and his law firm is there if I ever need them again. DO NOT HIRE... We hired this firm and was directed to one of his lawyers to handle our case. We were involved in an accident in a southern state on vacation. It ruined our vacation and we struggled to deal with the claims adjuster from the other insurance company just to get back to Ohio. After we... hired him it took almost two years to settle. The attorney working our case was incompetent, failed to communicate and bowed down to the insurance company. In all after almost $6,000 in medical bills we walked away with $4,300... Somebody in that office cant do the math nor do they care to. In when the attorney gave the counteroffer to me from the other insurance company, I asked him what our next step was.. he said "I guess I can ask her if she will go higher". DO NOT HIRE... all they care about are their fees and if its not a big case with a big payout they will drag it out with poor results.
