Game Changer

Zach’s representation came eight hearings, and three months deep into a high-conflict divorce with complicated finances & unique employment circumstances. The difficulties were compounded by elements of domestic violence, addiction, mental illness and personality disorders. Despite these conditions t...he case was not going my way. It’s fair to say that I came to Zach in a deep hole. Due to this state of affairs, Zach was recommended to me by two of Cincinnati’s most highly regarded Family Law attorneys. One was family, the other’s fees far exceeded my means. They both assured me that Zach was brilliant, clever, resourceful, thought outside of the box & was extremely well versed on the law. In spite of having parents in the financial world, one a Broker, the other an Accountant, Zach’s understanding of current tax law, deadlines and pending governmental changes far surpassed our highest expectations. This only begins to describe his invaluable attributes. Zach proved to have a profound understand of people, their triggers, motivations and what made them tick. Zach used this skill to handle whatever was thrown our way. Zach was committed to helping me and my four children, even when this meant meeting at & communicating with our family Psychiatrist. His most notable quality is how measured of a man he is. He knew when to muscle up and when to wear kid gloves. He taught me that the bull is stronger, but the matador is smarter. Acting as a matador, Zach cultivated a plan that restored our lives.

Thorough Consultation - Great!

I needed some guidance on how to proceed 8 months into a difficult divorce. Zachary Smith took the time to provide insightful advice and clearly explain my options. Zachary cleared up any confusion I may have had going foreword with next steps.

Honest and Trustworthy

I contacted Zach Smith for help negotiating and mediating a parenting plan. Trustworthy and excellent lawyer

Zach was incredible throughout the entire process. Divorce is painful and obviously emotional. His demeanor is calming and his knowledge of the divorce process gives confidence. Not only was I happy with the initial settlement, but Zach was also able to anticpate potential hurdles and put a proactive... plan in place. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.
