I have retained Attorney Smith twice, for basically unrelated loose ends from a messy divorce. He did not handle the divorce, as I did not know him at that time, but I wish he had! The three matters he handled for me were (1) getting rid of a protective order that should have expired but hadn't (2) having the record sealed on a misdemeanor charge resulting from the divorce and (3) several years later getting the spousal support payment reduced by 40%. He is easy to work with, aggressive when needed, and thoroughly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Zach Smith to anyone in need of family law services.

Zach was an excellent attorney for my dissolution. He is very professional, caring and fights hard for his clients. His staff is great and very reachable. Zach brought my case to a quick conclusion with the best settlement possible. I would highly recommend him.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have been opposing counsel on several matters with Zach in collaborative and adversarial (court) matters. I have always found Zach to be extremely knowledgeable, zeolously represents his clients, but is also fair. I believe he always has his client's best interest at heart, but also that of the overall family. I do not believe we have enough attorneys in town that have this global perspective which is better for the client in the long run!
