If you’re reading this page like I was several months ago you’ve probably found yourself in a tight spot. With that being said, given the facts of my case, Mr. Rubenstein was able to mitigate the trouble I caused myself to where I will only have a small blemish on my record compared to what I was facing. I would say he did a great job working with both myself and the courts to obtain a favorable outcome. Hopefully I will never need him again, but should that day happen I would call him again.

Attorney Scott Rubenstein did an outstanding job on my OVI defense in Clermont County. I was stopped for speeding late at night, and the Trooper asked me if I had been drinking. I told him that I only had a couple of beers. I cooperated fully, and I performed the field sobriety tests. I felt tha...t I did pretty well, but I was arrested anyway.
