Scott Hoberg has worked at the firm since 2010. As an attorney, he helps families, consumers, and young professionals realize their dreams and bring stability to their lives. In providing legal services, his ultimate goal is to help clients create generational wealth through solving problems facing their families and real estate.
Scott has published and delivered presentations not only to consumers but also to other attorneys. In 2010, he authored the Ohio Foreclosure Defense Manual and recently published Ohio Dissolution or Divorce? Over the past year, he has presented legal education seminars on family wealth planning, real estate, and family law.
One of Scott's passions is civic and neighborhood engagement. He recently sat on the executive board of his local community council and co-chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Young Lawyer Membership Committee. In the past, he served as a public interest fellow for Cincinnati City Council and the Office of the Governor.
Scott graduated from Fordham University with a degree in political science and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Scott currently resides in the neighborhood of Pleasant Ridge with his wife, Lindsey, and his son, Luke. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Reds and coaching mock trial at St. Xavier High School.
