Patrick Peter Fredette

Patrick Fredette has a litigation and non-litigation practice. On the litigation side, Mr. Fredette represents clients in contractual disputes in federal and state courts and alternative forums throughout the United States. The representation includes disputes arising under all forms of insurance policies (e.g., general liability, excess and umbrella, directors and officers, errors and omissions, life and disability and, among others, pollution), contractual indemnity agreements and other risk allocation agreements.

In his non-litigation practice, Mr. Fredette advises clients on the local, national and international level with regard to insurance coverage and contractual indemnity disputes relating to various claims, including intellectual property, product, business torts, constitutional, bodily injury, property damage and pollution claims.

Mr. Fredette is also retained to assist clients with appellate matters, including evaluating civil proceedings for appellate issues, as well on the briefing side.
