Nick was hired to file a completely agreed up divorce case. We have experienced periods of no contact (absolute silence) from him after payment. After a few months of waiting, we decided to just keep calling. He did make it a point to pickup and call if we booked a new appointment under a pseudonym. ... After forcing a discussion, he then asks for additional documents. We had already provided them at the initial meeting. We comply and again he again does not contact us about the filing status and does not return phone calls concerning the filing. We finally spoke to him (because we kept calling) and he claims the court system is backed up. It has been over 4 months since our initial contact, and we cannot even get a straight answer if he has filed a petition. I highly discourage his services due to a lack of professionalism, nonexistent customer service, and total disregard for timeliness. We are in contact with the State of Ohio Bar concerning his representation. DO NOT UTILIZE.
