Just be cause you got an RFE does not mean your case will be denied. Hire a lawyer to help you respond
H-1b are not possible this year as cap is met

HE is likely subject to mandatory detention so it does not matter the lawyer, but it likely will not hurt for a lawyer to look at the case...
