If your I-140 is approved it can;t be revoked and you should be able to retain priority date
it can take months minimum to get a PERM approved...

You need to hire a lawyer BEFORE you go to deferred inspection. You are going there for a reason ,and it may be to be issued a notice to appear...

You really need to hire a lawyer to look over your conviction to make sure yo u are not removable. This is VERY important
