Attorney Marilyn Zayas-Davis gained invaluable experience as a manager at P&G, relocating from New York City for the opportunity in 1988. She later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law and joined Holland & Hart, the largest law firm in Colorado. In 2001, shortly after starting her own practice in Cincinnati, Attorney Zayas-Davis won in the landmark decision State v. Yanez before the First District Court of Appeals. The Ohio Supreme Court adopted this case, thereby setting a statewide precedent that enlarged the rights of immigrant defendants. She also uncovered unauthorized law practices leading to the Ohio Supreme Court decision Disciplinary Counsel v. Hernandez (December 2014). Her clients come from every corner of the globe, and she is genuinely sensitive to their needs. Attorney Zayas-Davis is also fluent in Spanish.

best trustworthy lawyer
My wife and I visited several lawyers and any of them give us the same treatment and care that she gave us. She is the best Immigration lawyer in Cincinnati.

Fully Recommend
I went to see 4 different lawyers for my case. All of whom told me my case was incredibly difficult and problematic. They each offered me solutions but none of them seemed to be 'on my side'. Marilyn didn't have much time but she made the effort to listen to my story , took the time to think out all ...

Great Attorney
She is a great Attorney that always spoke with the truth, since 2002 I have been waiting due to the laws, finally I am a Resident. She has always kept me inform of any changes in the law. Pretty much my whole family has worked with her and we all have been satisfied with her services.

Fantastic Attorney
Attorney Marilyn helped us file our U Visa and our Residency Case. Both processes were very difficult since we had many issues with our case and she was able to manage it with a lot of experience. She is a great attorney. We thank her for her great devotion to our case.
"I know Attorney Marilyn for almost 14 years and worked with her on the cases also. She is a beautiful human being, and a very dedicated attorney"
