Attorney Marilyn Zayas-Davis gained invaluable experience as a manager at P&G, relocating from New York City for the opportunity in 1988. She later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law and joined Holland & Hart, the largest law firm in Colorado. In 2001, shortly after starting her own practice in Cincinnati, Attorney Zayas-Davis won in the landmark decision State v. Yanez before the First District Court of Appeals. The Ohio Supreme Court adopted this case, thereby setting a statewide precedent that enlarged the rights of immigrant defendants. She also uncovered unauthorized law practices leading to the Ohio Supreme Court decision Disciplinary Counsel v. Hernandez (December 2014). Her clients come from every corner of the globe, and she is genuinely sensitive to their needs. Attorney Zayas-Davis is also fluent in Spanish.

She did an amazing with my wife’s and children cases. Especially getting it approved quickly with the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan. I will always be grateful to her.

Good Attorney
The attorney filed my I-130 Family Petition and my I-601A Waiver. Both got approved. Now I am a U.S. Resident. The attorney did a great job. She works hard to do a great job and achieve a good outcome. I would recommend her for any immigration services.

Perfect Attorney!
She helped me in many ways. She always made me feel comfortable about everything. When ever I would have a question she would answer it thoroughly and made sure that I understood what she meant.
