Jordan has represented our family with 2 separate situations. She first supported my son and helped him gain full/sole custody of his 3 year old daughter. Then Jordan helped my husband and I navigate through an adoption. Jordan was always responsive to our questions and took time to explain what w...as happening and/or needed to happen. Our adoption was postponed due to the current Covid Pandemic, but Jordan consistently checked in on us to ensure we understood status of our case and make sure we were continuing to move along with our paperwork/home visits, etc.

Jordan led us through a difficult time in our lives with obtaining custody of our grand daughter. She exhibited a very caring, professional attitude. She did not "talk down to us" she spoke to us.
