Complex Commercial Contract Litigation

John did an excellent job of absorbing the facts related to our IT services client contract litigation and formulating a defense plan. He gave our management team well summarized periodic updates on our probability of outcomes. John was extremely well prepared for hearings and our Mediation. John'...s still is to be firm in defense of his client but reasonable and respectful to the opposing side and Mediator. In the end we reached a favorable settlement of our case well within our expectations.
