Hired this attorney for an OVI in July 2020. Charges a 5K flat fee, which is absurd. He says we would be "joined at the hip" throughout the process. BS. After the initial court date, he never bothered to keep in touch for several months. He tells me he's going to get driving privileges for me in a mo...nth. BS. Never brought up driving privs. again until 8 months later before we went to court. I get stuck with a 1 year license suspension, 6 months probation with drug screen, 3 days hotel lockup at $380. I told him I wanted to go to the free 6 day CASC program in lieu of spending the $380 and he ignored me. At one point, this idiot says "he's sorry he took me on". WTH? He wasn't sorry about getting his grubby hands on my cash. His ego is much bigger than his performance. Better OVI lawyers in Cincinnati can be had for half the cost. Don't waste your money!
