James Phillip Wersching

My practice is primarily in business and tax law which includes corporate, limited liability company and partnership law, business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions and trademark law.  I counsel clients in these areas as well as advising business owners on the challenges of ownership succession.  My extensive business experience outside the practice of law is an important element in rendering practical advice to our clients.

I have developed my tax expertise through his practice as a CPA and specialized legal training.   My tax practice involves individual and corporate income tax, estate and gift taxes, tax controversies, and the related fields of business succession and estate planning.

I am a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations and a certified public accountant.  I am also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Association of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants.
