This man didn’t turn any positive evidence in my behalf … he pushed for trial. He didnt call positive witnesses in my behalf and I gave him all documentation and names…. He said the day we went to trial he would fight not to have it because I had bowel obstruction surgery right before and he did no s...uch thing. He had to pee during trial and was bouncing and just called the plaintiff a liar without evidence to support him saying she was a liar. I fired him mid trial because he couldn’t show any proof of a stack of evidence I gave him was put into be be shown as evidence. Which I know now is an absolute fact as I have checked the clerks office and with legal aid. He never subpoenaed drs even??? Nothing. It was awful. I have a stack of evidence that will show I am completely innocent. No lie, run away from him as fast as you can. He is a scary man that will let you fall on your face. I gave him a stack of evidence for my case… names of witnesses. I wanted a transcript from court called in as evidence and he said I would have to pay for it? In the same court?? He is weird and shouldn’t be practicing. He was supposed to be working as my attorney from the public defender’s office on a cps dependency case…. He did nothing but I assume he was paid off. I have been protesting for 3 years I am innocent of all allegations and done stuff in the way of all of cps demands, plus mostly I already always did what they wanted before the made crazy allegations. Cps is mad because I am going to cost them a fortune when I sue them… it was probably cheaper to pay off Mr. Costin than me…. Let’s face it.
