I was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. I contacted the drivers insurance company for several weeks trying to file a claim , I got lots of excuses, was told I would get return calls which didn't happen, I was frustrated being brushed off. I contacted OAL through their website and was ...speaking with them just minutes later. Matt Nakajima was assigned to represent me. Matt was great to work with. He kept me well informed every step of the way, if I had questions or was returning a call they left me, I heard back that day. I am very happy with my experience with Matt and the firm in general.
