Ed O'Connell is an experienced trial attorney who has handled hundreds of disputes in federal and state courts throughout Ohio and Kentucky. He focuses primarily on litigation resolving complex cases of serious injury or death. He also handles disputes in the areas of employment, business, construction, insurance defense, products liability, environmental, and domestic relations. He has mediated or arbitrated numerous civil matters and has served as attorney for numerous participants.
